According to this the robots.txt file goes where the homepage is represented. Would that bee in lib/Docky?

Since we have a routing application, I believe it boils down to putting a sensible robots.txt to the static directory and creating a static route to it, like e.g. https://github.com/Altai-man/docs.raku.org/blob/master/lib/Docky/Routes.pm6#L228-L231
