CPU usage high in some rigs

While discussing Grafana error reporting dashboard, Fiber pipeline team found that CPU usage (see below) is all the time high.

I see 6D, 7D active in the night too. Maybe related to fiber bleaching (more precisely, the hidden Bonsai instance open in the back). But not all the fiber rigs show this. Also, I don't know what/where Tower11 is.

Note the granfana board is not averaging across cpus, so it just means one CPU was very active. I think bonsai workflows being active use a high CPU because it's checking for events to react to. We could check this by looking at CPU use with the GUI open, but no task running
