Adjust resource limits to make sure the website can survive the launch #78

The official launch of the challenge site is on Sunday, 29th September.

We should adjust resource limits on various pods beforehand to make sure it will be able to survive the launch.

No more than 1000 people are expected.

Explicit resource requests and limits are set for all pods deployed by this helm chart

Create a card to check-in on resource limits 3 weeks in Adjust resource limits based on observed usage #93
